The summer season will soon be upon us. Come in and check out the new varieties of your old favorites. We've got a wonderful selection of top sized premium annuals. We are proud to feature Proven Winners, Simply Beautiful, as well as other top performing annuals. In June the skies the limit for plant selections. Many new coleus varieties are great for shady gardens along with impatiens. For your sunny pots geraniums still provide an abundance of blooms all summer. Consider mixing them with the little white blooms of Bacopa or the little blue Swan River Daisy. Ask any one of our experienced staff for new combinations for you to try in your patio planters of window boxes. You’ll be amazed at what else you can use for summer color. |

The fun for us is the diversity and the virtual explosion of top quality plant material. The color palette is phenomenal and the plant hardiness is superb. While these plants are super performers, they just require an attention to fertilizing and pinching. Most are heavy feeders and would benefit from a weekly, water soluble fertilizer such as MiracleGro. Pinching off old flowers and a cut back in July will help the plants keep producing flowers through the late summer.
